Record of the Enterprise Craftsman Conversazione
As a rapidly developing high-tech enterprise, promoting and practicing the spirit of craftsmanship is particularly important. It not only represents a professional attitude, but also a persistent pursuit of skills and an infinite desire for perfection. In order to deeply explore the connotation of the craftsman spirit, stimulate the innovative vitality of craftsmen, and promote their full role in their positions, HONSUN Production Department organized a unique craftsman conversazione on the afternoon of February 22. This conversazione was attended by 30 people including enterprise craftsmen, leaders of production and human resources departments, relevant management personnel, and team monitor of each process.
At the conversazione, 5 craftsmen who have recently passed the annual assessment and 8 craftsmen who have been newly evaluated gathered together to speak freely. They respectively talked about their superb skills as craftsmen, shared their experiences, methods, and extraordinary processes of developing these superb skills, and proposed clear directions and goals for further improving and expanding their future skills. They also made detailed plans on how to fulfill their duties as craftsmen, and put forward specific work tasks and clear work goals.
The meeting reached a consensus on how to promote and practice the spirit of craftsmanship in practical work, and play a good role as a craftsman. Everyone agrees that the spirit of craftsmanship is specific to our enterprise and production positions, which means to strive for excellence in every process of production, every action of operation, and every detail of the product, striving for perfection. We must firmly believe that "When one is wholeheartedly focused on something, the craftsmanship or craftsmanship of that person must be exquisite" We must ignite the passion for work with love, endow products with spirituality and life from the depths of our hearts; We must have the spirit of perseverance, the courage to negate changes in production factors, conditions, standards, and environment during the product manufacturing process, innovate through persistence, and make progress through innovation; We must uphold a humble, cautious, confident, respectful, and scientific attitude, and solidly grow and succeed in our positions.

The meeting clarified that in the future, from the perspective of human resource management in the company, craftsmen should be treated as an excellent group for unified management, enhancing their value experience, sense of responsibility and mission, and strengthening their confidence and determination to inherit and carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship.
