HONSUN Ceremoniously Holds 2026 Post Performance Contract Signing Ceremony
Guangdong, China – May 27, 2026 – HONSUN (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") ceremoniously held its 2026 Post Performance Contract Signing Ceremony this afternoon. The signing marks a pivotal step in aligning individual accountability with the Company's overarching strategic blueprint and annual operational plans.
The 2026 Strategic Performance Contracts were meticulously developed through a rigorous process involving indicator selection, multiple rounds of discussion and revision, extensive data calculation, and full staff confirmation. Far more than mere documents, these contracts embody significant responsibility and reflect the firm determination of every department to tackle challenges head-on and achieve their targets.
Prior to the signing, Mr. Liu B, Senior Consultant at Best Consulting, delivered a keynote speech titled Strategic Performance Management: From "Assessment" to "Engine". He emphasized that strategy must not remain theoretical but requires "aligned goals and unified efforts." Positioned at the core of corporate management, performance management serves to decode strategic objectives layer by layer down to individual posts. Mr. Liu further noted that fairness stems from differentiation, and that strategic performance management is not merely about scoring, but rather a complete closed-loop system encompassing goal setting, process coaching, evaluation feedback, and continuous improvement tracking.
During the opening session, CEO Mr. Zhang addressed the attendees regarding management philosophy and incentive mechanisms. He proposed that the essence of management lies in "streamlining"—achieving organizational synergy through systematic coordination. Stressing that performance management is rooted in value creation, Mr. Zhang highlighted its core mission: to foster employee growth and ignite team vitality. He also unveiled the 2026 incentive framework, clarifying that reward allocations will be primarily based on actual performance results.
Amidst rousing music and witnessed by all participants, the signing ceremony commenced. Mr. Zhang led the proceedings by signing contracts with the Chief Engineer and Vice Generals. Subsequently, division leaders signed with their respective department heads, followed by department heads signing with their team members. Each stroke of the pen represented a resounding commitment.
This ceremony fully demonstrates the unwavering resolve of all HONSUN employees to unite as one and strive toward shared goals, vividly interpreting the responsibility and accountability inherent in the principle of "Aligned Focus, Shared Success."
