HONSUN officially launches the Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project
To support the achievement of the company's strategic objectives and systematically establish a sustainable, high-quality development management system, after a rigorous selection process, the company has partnered with Best Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to jointly initiate the HONSUN Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project. This initiative combines external professional expertise with in-depth internal engagement to comprehensively advance the program.
On the afternoon of November 17, 2025, the launch meeting for the HONSUN Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project was grandly held in the HONSUN Lecture Hall on the second floor of the company's office building. Nearly 100 participants attended the meeting, including all senior executives of the company, the expert team from Best Consulting, members of the project management group, and key project personnel.
The meeting provided a detailed and comprehensive introduction to the implementation background of the Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project. It released the Implementation Plan for the HONSUN Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project, clarifying the core objectives, overall plan, and implementation pathway of the project. Additionally, it defined the project structure, division of responsibilities, and specific measures for subsequent project operations.
At the kick-off meeting, Mr. Zhang, the company's general manager, delivered a significant motivational speech. First,Zhang emphasized that the joint implementation of the company's strategy and organizational capability enhancement project with Best would not merely be a transformation or a project, but a pivotal milestone in overcoming development bottlenecks, strengthening core competitiveness, and advancing toward higher-quality growth. Following the kick-off meeting, experts from Best Company conducted a "Soil Loosening Training" for the attendees, focusing on three core themes: "Environmental Awareness, Organizational Activation, and Leadership Mission & Responsibility.".
